[Xbox One] Characters stop moving and attacking (patch 7) (Almost game breaking)

Just reporting in to say that I've had the same issue. I've been playing on Casual mode lately, so it hasn't been a major issue for me. I haven't tried jumping or using other abilities to clear it, but I'll try that next time I see it happen.

I'm on PC, using the latest patch. When combat is over, the stuck character(s) move normally, as though nothing happened.

I imagine this is something that will need to be fixed with the next patch...
