[Xbox One] Characters stop moving and attacking (patch 7) (Almost game breaking)

On PC this is also a problem for me. Even when I command everyone to attack they stand around. I also changed the settings to follow/defend but it didn't help. Jumping didn't help either. Not too happy about this so I hope it gets fixed soon.
