[Xbox One] Characters stop moving and attacking (patch 7) (Almost game breaking)

I am having the same problem on the PS4. One character is stuck and other characters are not attacking sometimes and standing around until they are told to attack. Sometimes they stop attacking in the middle of combat. The biggest issue is one character becoming frozen making them useless in a fight. I will try the jump fix.

Please fix this makes Nightmare very difficult.
