[XBOX ONE] Dragon Age: Inquisition won't launch, crash to dashboard

My game was working fine 2 days ago. Today I load the game, spend 2 minutes with the War Council, then I try to fast travel to Western Approach and the game crashes. Restarted the game twice, but it locked up both times when I pressed start at the opening menu. After that the game doesn't load the EA splash screen, but instead goes to a black load screen with the green load star in the bottom corner, but the star freezes and the game never loads.
