[XBOX ONE] Dragon Age: Inquisition won't launch, crash to dashboard

I bought this game yesterday, played it around 5 hours, my team died and then it loaded back up looking at their dead bodies with continue and save buttons locked. tried all the above trouble shooting options and all ive got is the little menu screen loading icon in the corner that's frozen.

This is a major disappointment.
