Having a simular issue as OP. 40+ Hours logged and trying to start DAI I get the splash screen and then it fades to the loading screen then hangs. Leaving the loading symbol in the lower right corner. No mater who is logged in I get that same result every time. Now adversely, when I am not logged to any account I am able to get past the splash and inital loading screens and get to the "Press Menu Button" screen. At that point I am forced to log in; video instantly freezes and music continues to play until the buffer is played out. Only option is to exit and retry. I am not about to do a hard rest on console in attempt to maybe fix this problem, so EA please patch this!
