Xbox one game crashed and will not play

yeah same here have played for hours on end and was about to seige a castle (I forget the name), suddenly froze then went to dash bored now when I start the game i get to the press menu button screen and freezes when i press it... im not starting again pls help 🙂

yeah I wasnt that far through as you but it still is a massive pain in the **bleep**

I have not had this with DA:I, but I have had with some other games on XB1.  The fix is always the same.

Turn off your XB1.  I mean don't put it in instant-on, hold down the power button (or touch, anyway) for 5-10 seconds, the system will make a bigger beep/noise.

Wait.  Wait for all the fans to stop, wait for it to go off fullly.

Now turn it back on.  Sorted?  Thought so.
