Xbox One Sit In Judgement Bug

Xbox One: Sitting in Judgement worked fine until after Adamant. When I go to judge the Grey warden, the load screen sits for a good two minutes, and then the Cutscene fails to trigger. When the game finally loads, inquisitor is standing in front of throne, and the Grey Warden is standing as if in Judgement. I can not interact with her, or the chair at all.

If I leave the room and come back (under croft or quarters) she remains in place. If I leave Skyhold entirely, it is reset and I come back. When I click on chair the same thing happens again.

I have 114 hours so far into this playthrough and would love to know a workaround.

I have played two other playthroughs and did not have this issue.

    Unfortunately this bug occurs on PC too. I usually reload before the judgement, and if it happens one more time then I reload, and make an area transition before doing it again. But don't try to continue playing if your game is screwed up like this. I don't think it will work properly if you saved the glitch.

    I had this problem but it was fixed with the infamous XBox One cache reset.  Exit the game. Walk up to your console and press the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down.  Wait for 10 seconds or so and then turn it back on.  That fixed it for me.

    I will try these when I get home. I also heard changing the throne will reset it as well. Thanks for the replies.
