Echoes of the Past Quest Bug BROKEN please help!

This is a screenshot of what has happened with me experiencing a similar issue.  I accidently stumbled into the vault while the game was bugging out on me and put the crystals in when I wasn't on the quest.  Now it won't let me proceed further into the quest because the crystals were already in.
