I am new to the game. In fact I just started today.
I am in the lighthouse and I am trying to reach Neve and Harding. I have been everywhere it seems, but to no avail. Are they in the building or in the wild? How do I get to them? Here is a screenshot. Thanks.
You'll be able to reach them. There should be paths to where they hang out. If you can't see them yet you may have ro progress slightly.

I can't find the path. On which floor? I think they are on the same floor as Varric but haven't found the paths/accesses anywhere. If I need to progress further, won't their request to chat disappear considering they are time-sensitive?
Feedback: I figured it out. They are in the area of the lighthouse but in different buildings. Thanks.
