Journal #11 PC Specs, Launch times and Preload dates

I'm a little disappointed that the specs already take upscaling into account. It also doesn't say what degree of upscaling is used for these specs.(e.g. performance, balanced, quality), so I wish they could be clearer on that.

I hope Digital Foundry has early access and will have a performance review on embargo day. I'm still undecided on whether I'll play on PC or PS5.
