Missing preorder bonus dragon age veilguard

I’m missing the preorder bonus, the blood dragon armor, from Dragon Age: The Veilguard. I’d preordered the Deluxe Edition but there’s no armor. Can anyone help?

@EA_Pythia ordered through xbox live. Have series S. Didn't receive dragon blood armor.

Hey Everyone, 

I wanted to check after today's patch 1.0.0 if you are still missing your Pre-order or Deluxe cosmetic armor sets in-game. 

If so, please let us know the following (if you have not already)!

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • Is this your first playthrough?
  • If possible share a Save file for our team to look at. 
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
