my pride is shot

just wanted to whine about my hurt pride. I pride myself on being an extremely thorough explorer yet in my playthrough, once I got to the point of no return, i was only at 80% lore found!!!! I'm not sure how many more i got in the final parts, I didn't think to check but there you go 😭. In a similar vein, are some maps bugged? I swear I found almost all of the chests yet on some maps(lighthouse for one) i solved a riddle and returned later to find 2 chests, yet my map says I'm still at 0/2??? a few other maps are like that, i have all chests with a checkmark to say I found them yet my count is off. just wondered.
