Pre order code

Wondering if anyone that was having the issue of both the seller and ea not helping to give people the pre order items actually got it sorted. 

Cause I love veilguard but it's annoyed me so much that I pre ordered special for the pre order bonus and nothing, I was trying to get it for around 2 months and had no luck from either ea or seller.
