Not one, but TWO unpettable cats at Smuggler's Docks? LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE!
With all the doggos and cats thus far pettable how can you put two that can't be petted at the smuggler's docks? THIS IS BLASPHEMY! (For legal reasons this is a joke.)

Cats on the street are pettable, cats sitting on objects are non-pettable cats.
While that seems to be generally true but I've found at least one kitty not on an object but can't be petted. ðŸ˜
