EA Staff (Retired)Any news about this? After I got the Heart of Corruption quest, used the orbs on the door right to Lighthouse Elluvian, I become unable to open uniques chests and gates. It looks like a good lot of peopel are having the same problem, can you please let us know when it's going to be fixed? There are 2 patchs already and this problem was reported before patch 1 and it did not get addressed.
Just commenting so I could follow this thread. I started experiencing this bug several days into the game and I assumed that I simply hadn't unlocked the means to open these chests yet. I only found out through looking it up that it's a common bug players are experiencing. After completing Chapter 8, I was briefly able to use the lyrium dagger again to interact with exactly one Fen'harel altar only to be unable to use the dagger again for the rest of my playthrough. I've since stopped playing the game until this issue is fixed. Otherwise, I've thoroughly enjoyed the game so far.
