It is not about flooding spam, that's not the right thing to do. Their responsibility to hear us from their platforms, like this forum. This is the only way, which is civilized and yet they don't even bother to write something. I wonder why.

    Of course, it's not the right thing. But they REFUSE to answer us. Not even "we are investigating" or something. If you are a * to your consumers and fans, then you are responsible for the consequences.
