Just checked it and it's really here!!! Per Steamdb, the packages got updated about 2 hrs ago and the restriction has been lifted only for India, Turkey and Japan. No idea why Japan has been lifted because there's a separate Japan only version too.

I'm so happy! I found out by *literally getting it gifted it to me by a friend who was also keeping an eye out lol*, absolutely wild and I kinda can't believe this actually just happened. I do hope the other countries get it too though, I have friends in the MENA region who are big DA fans and have been looking forward to this one
