Volkarin's Companion Quest Not Triggering

I have recruited all of my companions, and all of the first parts of their companion quests have triggered, save for Emmrich Volkarin's. It's been six hours in game since I have recruited him, I have not completed any other major story quests save for getting Taash as a companion. I have had triggered cutscenes where Emmrich is speaking with Bellara on the couch, and where he is speaking with Harding, but I still have not gotten the quest "Walking the Graves" and because of this I am locked out of a certain part of the Necropolis (I believe the Memorial Gardens). Is there any way to get it to trigger? I have gone back to right after getting him as a companion and it still does not seem to trigger. Is there a way to manually trigger it? Any help is appreciated.

    Can you try to complete the Something Wrong quest first, and then try to move forward?

    @StevieDoe Hey, folloiwng up on this one. Have you been able to get it to trigger?

    From what you said, reloading previous saves are also not allowing the quests to trigger either?

    I still have not gotten it to trigger, I've gone back to reloaded saves and tried to do things in a different order. I am going to try and reload a save before getting him as a companion, and get the other adjacent companion first, and see if it triggers after.

    @StevieDoe I would try to do it pre-patch if you have a save and see what happens. I asked, and there are no open issues regarding this one. If it does not work let us know!

    Hello, did you manage to access this quest? I am stuck too, Emmrich's companion quest 'Walking the Grave' will not activate. I've reloaded the game many times, and nothing!

    I tried a pre-patch save and it still didn’t work for me, I’m curious if it worked for anyone else?

    Somebody suggested me to do the "something wrong" quest first, and it worked for me!
