A list of currently broken Mage skills

I've found a couple of mage skills that are flat out does nothing at all with various testing:

• Multiplicity: Projectile abilities launch an additional projectile
  • Does not work at all. Tested with Arcane Shot, Dark Squall, and Entropic Sphere which are all projectile skills.
• Keen Insight: [Control] abilities deal an additional 150% damage when activated in a 6-meter radius.
  • No observable effect with Dark Squall and Ice Blast which are Control skills.
• Bombastic: Arcane Shot now detonates Sundered enemies
  • Arcane shot already detonates without getting this upgrade, so it's likely a bug on the default Arcane shot stat.
