A wardens best friend, no floor loads

Started to play on xbox tonight and got to the mission a wardens beat friend. When the initial cut scene loads there is clearly no floor visible and characters are floating next to the tent as Davris arrives. As soon as cut scene and talking is finished you fall straight away. I was able to try and play by jumping to where there was ground but made it to the first dark spawn fight and cannot move forward as whole main area has no floor.
