AMD Graphic Driver Time Out

Installed Patch 3 but still can't play the game for longer then 2 hours. Between 30 to 120 minutes in the game it starts to lag extremly. While I still have sound it is totally distorted. If I wait for a while, I get a message from the AMD Software, that a driver time out happened. But I can't do anything, because my PC is also extremly laging. The only solution is, to restart my PC.

I play on an AMD RX 7900 XTX with the newest driver (24.20.19.05). Lowering the graphic settings in game does not help as well as limiting the FPS to 60 or 30. I can play the game just fine with constant FPS until it crashes.

Other games like Cyberpunk or Starfield are running fine with the highest graphic settings and no crashes.
