ANOTHER player with the Solas Memories Bug

Question

The memory for Solas is NOT triggering at the Heights of Athim for my mom's game. She's on PS5.

NOTHING has fixed it. Reloading, loading earlier save, bringing different team members to the area, killing everything in the area, NOTHING. We've tried everything.

Her game did NOT crash to cause it either, it just never worked.

Considering this effects game endings, you guys need to prioritize this bug as multiple people are having it.

This is happening to me now. Same memory sequence. My character just walks in without triggering the memory. Tried everything. Is there no fix?

I believe this is now fixed for players on playstation. I play on PS5 and just got the update, and things are working for me now! I can view Solas memories and the Fire and Ice quest finally resolved with the cut scenes!

Well, it isn't. I still have the bug on PS5 after latest patch. Solas' memory doesn't trigger ans rocks are blocking the path to continue further.
