bug - the waiting stone

Playing with controller, the upper stone of three moveable stones to reach the suspended platforms and complete the quest had no 'RB' prompt. this is the stone that enables you to jump onto the wooden platform at the top of the scaffold. i could not reach the wooden platform as a result. watched a video and noticed the creator  was using keyboard so disconnected  controller and restarted from desktop. got tab prompt and moved the stone. quit and reconnected controller. stone had retracted but now had 'RB' prompt and i could continue.

Also when using keyboard, picked up 2 collectibles which i am almost certain i would have seen and picked up before when using controller.
