[BUG] [STEAM] Default Inquisitor showing as Custom.
Uh, well. I have another character where I made The Inquisitor look like this. But on this character, I went with the default option. Clearly, something went wrong.

Nothing seems to fix it. Deleted all of my alt characters, Tried reloading an earlier save, one from before getting the quest to talk to Morrigan, and made a new character who is exactly the same as my main hoping that data would somehow cross streams. Sucks.
