Bug with light on Veilseeker staff

The Veilseeker staff appearance has a light at the top of it. When I have a staff equipped with one of the Veilseeker appearances, I often get a little blue light appearing over my shoulder where the top of the staff would be when the staff isn't showing. This shows up at the lighthouse and in other cut scenes where the staff is not actually shown. Example screenshot below.
