Constant Crashes

When you have a moment can we give the following steps a try?

1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
2. Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
3. If an option is available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync) to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
4.  To repair the game files
5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

if this continues would it be possible to get a  DxDiag file?

I would just refund the game.

3 patches so far and no fix. Still hard crashing systems. Clearly they don't have any idea what's happening or how to fix it, or they can't actually fix it. Either way, it's completely incompetent and you as the customer should not have a broken purchase for this long.

I had already done all of those things. My system has now been stable for 2 days with ZERO game crashes or even artifacts, while playing on ULTRA.. I don't know what exactly fixed it but here are the 3 things I changed. 

1. NVIDIA Control Panel Set Shadow Cache to 100GB.
2. Update BIOS on my MPG Z790 CARBON WIFI mother board.
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game completely. 

Has it still been stable?

I just got a new pc yesterday and the game has crashed twice

well at least on steam they won’t refund if you have more than 2 hours of playtime. Unfortunately I spent over 2 hours trying to get it working so I guess I’m just stuck with a $70 game that can’t make it past the second mission
