Constant Crashes

Oh I know I'm not the first to post this. There is no reason this machine should have any graphics issues with this game or any game. 

Windows 11 Pro - Fully updated - SFC Run no problems. 

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KS   3.20 GHz

128GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - 24GB VRAM

Seriously what is wrong with this game that I need to start it 10 times before it doesn't CTD and then I get a couple hours MAX before it CTD again?
