Can't get past the title screen

Whenever I load the game I can not get past the title screen as it won't let me 'press any button'. It makes a sound like it is registering that I am clicking but doesn't do anything.

I have verified game files x2, turned off the protection app on my computer, running it in admin, restarted my computer with no luck.

I'm trying to run on windows 11.

Actually devastated.
