Transition locations on maps become impassable
The issue is that certain transition locations on maps become impassable at some points
Happened mostly at the Rivaini Coast at first, but have now happened in Arlathan, Treviso and Necropolis Halls too.
This has happen mostly after Companions quest are completed in that area.
A way to fix it has been to travel to a different map and then jump back, then you’ve been able to continue. Doesn’t work if you jump to a different location on the same map and then jump back to the transition area
This issue is happening on PS5
