Can't play since patch - PC, Steam

I had 40 hours with only 1 minor crash before today. I took a few days off not playing, saw there was a patch, decided I'd try and finish my game. Now I crash either as I load into my game at the lighthouse, or crash before I even see the EA logo.

Things I have tried:

Verified files, Checked for video card driver updates, Adjusted a few video settings

The longest I have been capable of playing was approximately a minute, without moving, then it crashed.

  • Similar issues here, started with the patch. Either the game crashes at launch or it plays for a short while and crashes. I have tried verifying integrity of files in Steam, I have tried completely reinstalling the game and Geforce drivers. I'm on an Asus motherboard with a Geforce 4080.
Very frustrating not being able to play this game.

  • Yep, same issue. Playing on a 4090, i9 processor, 32gb of RAM. I thought it was my system at first, but even Veilguard on max settings and frame rate with ray-tracing on doesn't tax my GPU nearly as much as when I played Cyberpunk the same way. That's when I found this forum. Sucks I can't play any further because the game won't stay launched.

I've been having crashing issues since the start, but the game has become unplayable since Patch 1. I had to downpatch to the release version, which still crashes but only every couple of hours rather than every 5 to 10 minutes (if it boots the game at all).

Playing on an i9-14900K, 4080 Super, and 128gb of RAM. Crashing happens at the same rate on Ultra, High, and Medium settings.

Same (on PC) , unplayable since patch 1, CTD every 2 - 3 minutes. No pattern I can see, as crashing occurs during fights, cutscenes, at vendors, and when returning to lighthouse. No issues pre patch, now constant CTD. All standard checks have been done, everifying files, turning off background apps, driver updates, etc. Nothing helps.
