Can't save my game after latest update.

Just recruited Emmrich and Taash, and have received the quest to go see Morrigan at the Cobbled Swan, I tried to save before leaving and it froze the entire game. And to add another issue, I could not access the world map at all for whatever reason, also can't go through the eluvian at all.
