Controllers of any type keep getting disconnected on PC.

I'm at my wits end and this is making the game unplayable for me, leaving a bad review on steam until this can get addressed.

This only happens with this game. It's agnostic of any controller, Xbox, PS5 dual sense, you name it.

Disconnected all PC peripherals, disabled any programs besides basic running tasks.

The controller will still constantly disconnect from steam input and the game reverts randomly into mouse and keyboard UI even if the mouse is disconnected while playing.

I have used both the xbox and ps5 controllers without issue wireless on steam. No amount of changes to steam controller settings fixes this issue.

Just last week I was playing Wayfinders without any random controller disconnects and ui reversions.

It's specifically this game where a wireless controller keeps getting reverted to mouse and keyboard input in the game and it's maddening.

Changing whatever of the multiple displays is the main display does not fix it either.

I play other games on controllers on PC without issue. It's this game where it constantly reverts to mouse and keyboard.
