I too have this problem, and I have tried everything I have found on multiple forums - but the problem remains. To me it looks like my CPU goes to 100% during cutscenes and that make my sound crackle. I have a AMD Ryzen 5, so I meet the minimum-requirements, but fail to see any way to solve this issue without the help of EA. I have not yet reduced my screen resolution, but have put everything else to a minimum - yet my CPU peaks and the sound crackles.
