I've read that enabling Windows Sonic in Windows settings helped some people. I'm away from home right now, so I can't check. Let me know if that helps anyone.
We tried that and a bunch of other "fixes" at release. The issue looks like its something to do with certain generations of intel processors.I have this issue on an AMD Ryzen 9 3900x. So, it's not just intel.
Good to know, you are actually the first person to post that I saw that had an AMD. I think its something with the way they have hardware acceleration designed, but thats just a guess.
