I genuinely don't understand. Soon, it's gonna be 3 months since release, they released 4 patchs, and still no fix for this, not even a simple "we're working on this problem, please be patient" ? It's not like they're not aware of this problem or that we are a minority, i've seen a couple of posts like this one on internet, with hundred of responses. That crackling sound is litteraly making the game unplayable. Either they really don't care since we already payed for the game (and most of us can't get a refund since we tried to fix this problem) or the communication is really bad, I don't know. It's really frustrating. Most of us have been waiting for this game for years...Please please EA/bioware, do something.
