This is a scam, plain and simple. Release a game that has issues making it unplayable for some people, refuse refunds and don’t give any updates on a fix.
I've been trying to get it refunded on steam so I could try it on Xbox but they refuse all claims. Not heard anything back from BioWare / EA either which is beyond pathetic for a company of their size.
We all paid good money for this and can’t play it or get it refunded, that to me is a scam.
