Xbox Series S...If this is from 3 months ago then it's still happening. I was freeing the Dalish Elves and this massive screech went through my headphones. It's unplayable. Tested it on other games..nope, no problems. It's the game. If people are having issues on both console and PC it's definitely the game. Pack hasn't worked.
