Crash while loading

it does not even start! 

I have everything updated and running fine, but still shows directx mangment error with a blank black screen. And it shuts down, I downloaded from ea, graphic card is ryzen 7 on laptop acer swift3 .

I tried all the list already. Still does not work.   >.<
