Crashing after updating to patch 1
Running game on a intel i7-14700k, Nvidia rtx 3070, and 64gb ram and game went from occasionally crashing from time to time to crashing immediately after startup, sometimes forcing pc to even restart...

OK so I finally managed to get mine working again. My issue it seems, that after I was able to get past the shader verification boss, the game had rest all the graphics settings onto ultra, which my PC just can't handle. I hadn't initially checked these as hadn't expected the patch to change them. After changing them back to ones I was using prior to the patch, I had no further issues.
