cutscene that's just a black screen that won't progress

Once I defeated the first Ogre in the story and attempting to leave to the camp is supposed to trigger some cutscene i assume but i'm just given a black screen and some background audio eventually jo...

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Dragon Age The Veilguard

When you have a moment can we get the following details?

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this happen in a specific area?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • A copy of your save (you can zip the file to attach it in a reply)
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
