DATV PS5: Camera won’t stop paneling left

I play on ps5, and the camera centered on Rook will not stop paneling left in a circle, regardless if Rook is Idle or walking/running. It’s made it extremely hard/**bleep** near impossible to do combat and puzzles, because anywhere I try to aim is constantly being shifted. 

im using all the default settings in the options tab, and it happens regardless of closing the game and re-opening it.
