Death and Decay Passive Not Working
The death and decay passive does not make area abilities apply necrotic damage. I tried it with meteorite and frost nova, neither did necrotic damage.

Seeing the same here post 1.0.0.0 patch. Disappointing that 1) it's not working and 2) it doesn't change the color of the SFX to Green... oh well.
I am also seeing this
It would be nice to see this get fixed.
