I wanted to check after today's patch; Dragon Age™: The Veilguard Patch 1.0.0 | EA Forums - 5010342

If you are still missing your Pre-order or Deluxe cosmetic armor sets in-game. 

If so, please let us know the following (if you have not already)!

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • Is this your first playthrough?
  • Please share your save file (or a zip or download link to your save file)...
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

    Edit: quit game and then reloaded and now I have them.

    It's still happening.
