DeLuxe Edition additional contents no more available

I bought the De Luxe Edition for XBOX. I inserted the product key and as soon as I reached the point where the additional contents were in the box i wore them. Soon afterwards I realized I did not complete initially the whole character builkd up as I did not create the Inquisitor (i played the whole Saga from Dragon Age origin.... I had a dwarf unfortunate prince and that origin is not available here in Veilguard, only the rogue...) I decided to restart the campaign.... The problem is that restarting a campaign the additional contents included in the De Luxe Edition are no more to be found in the same box once i opened it again... Were thos articles one-off only? Pretty strange!!! Some one can help??? I paid for them....
