The Labs Below Softlock
When just getting past the the turning door opener, then walking out, the enemies and the blight don't load in properly and softlock me on that section. After a minute the Blight/Corruption spawns in, but the enemies don't.

I'm having the exact same issue

Also stuck tried to reload mission and enemy spawn issues happened in the very first room as well

Can you try loading a previous saves and getting back to this point to see if this continues?
Same for me. Loading previous saves did not help.
I can't drop at the end of the quest past the gate, invisible wall.... Many reloads and still the same issue
