If your on a web browser you may want to clear your cache or restart your console if redeeming there. After let us know if your code redeems!
Just tried redeeming the Deluxe Edition content code that came with the physical edition and I keep getting this message as well.
"Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code."
Community ManagerWhat region are you in? Can you confirm with the launch times below that the game should be available for you?
It's 12:21PM here on the East Coast USA, I still can't redeem the code on the microsoft.com/redeem website.
