Dodge and ranged attack keybinds not working

I am seeing this reported in the steam forums also. Not everyone has this bug. I am using windows 11, razer peripherals, orbweaver, naga trinity, and keyboard.

    People are reporting that unplugging usbs like razer tartarus one hand keypad fixes the controller bug.

    Solved:  Can confirm that Razer Tartarus v2 blocks a standard mouse from using right click.   Unplug the Tartarus
