Doesn't detect my Xbox controller, limited mouse control.

The game doesn't detect my xbox controller at all. It's on, steam detects it's on, other games play fine, but Dragon Age doesn't register any inputs. 

On KB+M, most keyboard inputs work but the mouse only registers left clicks, not right clicks.
