Dragon Age: Dawn of the Wigs

Only in the final battle have I had these issues. Video was too large to upload, but the screen flickers with all the background stuff. I have played through the game twice now and the same issue happens after patches. I thought it was only on the cutscene leading up to the final battle, but actually in the final battle there was a little bit of background clipping. Fortunately BBEG didnt turn into a wig mid battle otherwise I probably would have cried trying to aim attacks at the floating wig.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Monitor is super wide Odyssey Oled G9 / Graphics card RX 7700XT.
