You get further than me, neither of my discs are even recognized.

Same here, I'm stuck on 3,4% and installer went into a loop of stopping and starting the process.

Installing from a disk.

83.4% seems to be my lucky number, installing from a disk. Now it keeps telling me “For this game, you need to be online”. If I try selecting the game, I get the title screen for a few seconds and then it crashes back to my Xbox home. 

I have the same issue! It tells me to insert disc 2, but then the installation keeps stopping. I get to about 58%...

Thought I had the same problem, but my Xbox was upside down and I was putting in the disk the wrong way.  🤣

Now it’s installing.

I was having this same issue and it was getting stuck and kept giving me an installation stopped notification. And the first two install attempts were from the disc but I tried it a third time and did not initialize the disc, as in I installed the second time it failed then I uninstalled and then I did not reboot the system or remove the disc I just clicked on the game again to have it download, and the game started to install via download and it actually launched.  

Did Ou solve your issue? My installer stops at 15% and starts and stops. Maybe the disc 1 is damages? However it keeps on downloading stuff. 

I ended up having to take my game back to the store where I bought it from. The manager of the store took a look at the disc and noticed both my discs looked like they were blank with nothing burned on them.

Me too, I’m stuck at 26.9% on disc one! I’m not happy, has anyone solved this issue?

I think I found a fix.. Maybe... 

Inspired by Princessbe_qrpr​, and having tried and failed to install it and gone through all the various troubleshooting steps, I did the following:

• Cancelled the queued install that was stuck at 50% (this had been installed with disk 1 / disk 2, but hung)
  • Not sure if it makes much of a difference but when it hung on disk 1, I had put disk 2 in to progress it, which it did, but then asked for disk 1 again and hung as normal. 
• Went into manage game and uninstalled the game entirely as it was reporting it was installed even though it never finished
• Did not reboot, did not remove disk 1 from the xbox
• Clicked on the game tile of the disk as it was still in (disk 1) and it started installing and worked as normal
• Game then loaded, with disk 1 still in the drive

 Hope this helps others...
